Explorer Broth - An Explorer in a Native Cooking Pot
« on: December 13, 2021, 10:12:59 PM »
The final preparation work for our Christmas game is done. The scenario needed one more specialty plot piece that required scratch building, 'the lost Explorer in a Native Cooking Pot! Surprisingly I couldn't find a commercial one available so started building...

The result, Explorer Broth anyone?

Explorer Broth ingredients:
Milliput
Wire
Twigs
Sheet styrene
An old figure, preferably with a sun helmet

All the steps I followed to make this and some more pictures are on my blog...

Rescue? Does the term bath have no place in a gentleman's vocabulary any longer, sir?

A classic! Yours is nicely done! I did the same thing last year:

Sorry it's no help anymore (and your interpretation turned out rather well, so I wouldn't worry!), but Antediluvian do a "Compromised Explorer" in their Lost Worlds range, for those who may still be looking.

Thanks everyone!

Michi nice rendition! Love the full scene with natives and structures!

WF thanks for the link, it didn’t show on any of my searches, I tried Explorer in pot, explorer in cooking pot, white man in pot etc...never thought of ‘compromised’ I think they should expand their product description haha!
