The Bethany collective.
« on: September 28, 2009, 03:08:06 PM »
I haven't posted anything for a while and my painting isn't too good yet but I hope you enjoy these motley band of survivors that travel the wastes of Northern England after the Great Plague.

Nora Ratty with her faithful hockey stick 'Wally'

Ex-army Corporal Dewhirst with his cunning plans to keep the survivors at Bethany Farm supplied...

And of course a family shot of a rescued bairn and 'The Compo van'

Have a great day whatever you are upto...

Very nice survivors! Have you got more piccies of the vehicle?
Let me hear the battle cry
Calling on the wind
Let me see the banners fly
Before the storm begins

Memories of Sunday evenings with only four channels to choose from and no rights over the remote control come flooding back!

Thanks for the extra pic, are those armour plates Ramshackle? I think the vehicle could do without a base BTW, otherwise very nice 8)

Holie Cow!! These look like characters from The Walking Dead comic book. Especially with that RV in the background.

Where did the RV come from? I've been needing a couple or four.

Give yourself more credit Maronny.  I think they look sharp.  I like how you did your bases... I definately plan to copy you when I do my survivors/zombies.   :D

Aye, great van; I'd like to know where you got it and what you did to it too. There do seem to be Rhino bits in there, but whatever, you've made a really excellent job with the rust and whatnot.

I'm sure I know that Dewhurst bloke, I'm pretty sure he lives down the road from me Mam.

I second the how-to on the paint job.  Spiffy work!
