[KICKSTARTER] Mourir pour l'Indochine - less than one week left!

Hi all, just launched my kickstarter for Mourir pour l'Indochine on the 15th.

This is skirmish level gaming and is specific to the Indochina War 1946 to 1954. And this is book one, book two is a ways off yet, but will cover higher level (Squad and Platoon movement stands) actions.

MPI has two levels of play, Individual Skirmish (ISk) and Skirmish Plus (SK+). The first is 1 to 1 and the second 1 to 3 (mini to real soldiers).

Game is focused on Leaderships, Command and Control along with unit resilience and ability to operate as the resilience level grows thru combat results.

Right now in the KS rules, minis and buildings are available in 28, 20 and 15mm sizes.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't put in the link to the KS only because I wasn't sure if that was okay to do. I see someone did it for me.
I am doing up short videos to go thru game play. Right now they are on my FB group but I intend putting them up in a couple of different places so people can have a look.

I have been asked if they are good for Vietnam, Malaysia, Borneo, Central America and Algeria. The short answer is yes, they could be used for those conflicts but things would obviously need to be added.

Mourir Pour l'Indochine focuses on the Indochina War 46 - 54 and it is about point of contact not searching long and hard for a single sniper. You can definitely do that sort of thing, but as a lower end game where decisions made by the platoon commander and even squad leader makes a difference. There are no helicopters in the game as they played a role but mainly in the evacuation of casualties or the extraction of "commandos" after a raid, this happened a couple of times in 53 and 54. But a helo could certainly be used as a High Value Target for the Viet Minh to hit!

I am preparing a couple of videos to better describe game play. I have posted up a series of shorts on the facebook MPI group running thru a couple of turns of play in a very simple manner. Now it is more about the core rules that make MPI what it is.

Shawn, it is not really clear to me on the Kickstarter site, are the miniatures metal, or 3D printed resin, or something else?

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, I was working the last 4 days and wasn't on the computer.

All minis are 3d printed. The Buildings however are MDF.
