Proxies for Rohan Royal Guard

Hey folks,

GW's Rohan Royal Guard are currently unavailable (these guys: https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Rohan-Royal-Guard-on-Foot), and I was hoping to build n paint a few for a friend's game in the next few weeks.

As I'm sure most folks know, they're a bit on the small-size, scale-wise (like 25mm-ish).  Does anyone have any recommendations for foot soldiers that might proxy well and look good alongside a small force of Rohan Royal folks (i.e., slightly up-armored Rohirrim)?  Or the same soldiers, on horseback?   I'm in the US, so local options would be excellent, if they exist!

There aren't any newer posts on here about this - just wondering if anyone here has explored GW-scaled, Royal Guard Rohirrim made by other manufacturers (that aren't GW...)
