The New Small Third-rate (64) from Warlord Games

Together with a British Second-rate and now Elizabethan style galleons available for pre-order, Warlord are continuing to expand their Black Seas range of model ships, and I have put together the other new pre-order offering, the small third-rate which makes a welcome addition to those of us interested in squadron and fleet line ups of naval powers like Britain and Spain and the smaller navies.



To illustrate the look of these new models I have fitted out my new additions in the trim of the British, Spanish and Dutch fleets.

I've been tempted a few times to pick the game up just to build some of the ships but worry the rigging may be beyond my ability.
