Boxer in black and white (with a small ring now)
« on: 08 October 2009, 12:02:27 AM »
To learn the black and white, I have tried to paint those lovely figures from Pulp Figures.

It was very funny !

The two guys are Jack Johnson et Jim Jeffries, in their final fight...

You will find some more information on the site, like the phases I use (that could be improved), and some answer of important questions :  http://peinturefigurine.free.fr/

"Who has stolen the colours ?"
"Who is Jack ?"

I had a good fun with those...

Very cool.  I like the deep shadows and extreme highlights on the faces.

Greyscale paintjobs look really cool, and they're something I've always wanted to try. More inspiration for an eventual attempt at greyscale - thanks!
