(KS) Dungeons & Lasers: Encounters - plastic terrain
« on: June 17, 2022, 08:49:02 PM »
Hi guys,

Archon Studios has started yet another hard-plastic terrain campaign. Previous ones were mostly relevant for rpg players. This one though exploring outside war has more to offer for skirmish players. Some stuff from boxed sets offered:

This campaign is happening on Gamefound:

Hopefully, it is not breaking the rules.

Quite like the trees, but the postage rates are ridiculous to Australia.

Does anyone know if the trees are modular or all the same sculpt/identical?

I would assume they are mostly identical, for the swamps they specifically show all the different sculpts for the walkways, so I would assume they would have done the same for the trees, however in the pic of the swamp they do show a few trees with separate branches next to it, so there may be some variation possible in how you build them, or at least the ability to leave of some pieces without it looking weird

I went in for the starter pledge, as even if the trees are identical you can flock them differently to make them look distinct.

This will give an idea for what I'll be doing with mine, as I've given the flocking treatment to GW trees a few times, and i like the result: https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=55690

Hi guys,

Small update with several stretch goals and add-ons. Apart from entrances set, all of those are part of stretch goals for campaign that for pledges of starter and above come free. Most of those are one per backer though. It is possible to add some of them as addons at cost in the picture.

Apart from the terrain there are some minis. Like the one below being 550k stretch goal. Might also be available as add-on once unlocked.
