Have you looked into licencing these for other people to print? I don't know the details, but I have seen folk on places like Etsy printing things under licence. I've also seen kickstarters for STLs offering a licence option.

If there is a market for them, it could be something worth exploring.

I am exploring that option, but not much progress yet. If anyone knows of reliable 3D printing people looking for licences in the US and / or UK, please drop me a PM, I'd sincerely appreciate it.  :)

Having said that, I will never permit anyone to sell anything I design via Etsy. It is a notorious hangout for recasters and unlicensed printers, and I urge everyone to avoid sellers there unless you are certain they are license-holders for what they sell.

I thought this thread was going to be about playing naval wargames in the bathtub.

Actually, I am working on ways to get these ships into the water! More on that if it happens.  ;)

How easy are they to put on a flying stand?  :)

What? Flying battleships?!? How absurd.  ;)

OTP in Western Australia are reliable printers who produce licensed  terrain and figures. They hold licences for much of Jens Najewitz’s terrain for example. If you wanted an Asia Pacific distributor you might try them.

The Sopwith Cubs look sooo cute.!  :D

Though I prefer the aerial versions, I am willing to bet that the naval versions would sell the best.

How big are these like next to a space marine or something generic. Look cool. Maybe use for Castles in the Sky?

Now we're talking!!  :D

Seriously though; these are looking fun and well sculpted within the style; I like them a lot.

I have no immediate practical use for them, but that's how collections usually grow in this hobby, right?  lol

Maybe, but I am giving some real thought to doing Chibi WW1 aircraft in a larger scale. Certainly could be an interesting project.

Note the renders in my reply to Easy E.  :D

These battlewagons are each 110mm long, and about 35mm across their beams. I should be taking pics of the Kaiser (just printed yesterday), this weekend, I'll include some standard wargaming object with it when I do.  :)

Here's the Kaiser class Dreadnought, ready to challenge the Grand Fleet!

I'm pretty happy with how this one came out. I think a Squadron of three of these fine ships will find their way into my Kaiserliche Marine force.

Of course, if you would like one, here's the link to my My Mini Factory store:

https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-kaiser-class-dreadnought-bathtub-battleships-240518

- and just because I can, for the rest of August the Kaiser class STL is just US$3.95 - half price!

Oh, and because I said I would, here's a pic of the Kaiser with familiar objects for scale:

The big, bad Bayern class comes next, probably next week, as there are some other, delayed releases I need to get finished first. A few more prints of these beauties and I'll be able to illustrate the game mechanics of Bathtub Battleships for you all to see. :)

A lovely little model and nicely painted too!

The Kaiser is another of my WoW battleships but a ship with more guns pointing backwards than forwards is a pain in that game so I have abandoned my allegiance to The Kaiser and The Reich and opted for the Wyoming, the Queen Mary, the US of A and dear old Blighty.  :) :) :)
