I ordered four deep ones and a bunch of tentacles emerging from a manhole from Black cat bases on the 22nd of september.
They arrived today a bit delayed, but with four extra deep ones as a compensation for the delay! That is what I call excellent customer service.

Thanks for the post, I am afraid we are a bit behind with our orders and this was our way of apologizing we have both been ill with some strange flu type bug and as a result we haven't been doing much more than sleeping, so we are way behind. outstanding orders will get done this week with extras.
