Silver Bayonet - How Many Creatures?

I know there's a chart in the book, but has anyone put together a list of about how many of each type are needed? I know these sort of lists are out there for Rangers of Shadow Deep, so was kind of hoping an industrious individual has already done this work for Silver Bayonet.
