That game looked like a lot of fun! Great figures and a wide variety of troops on the table. Interesting that Hermes wound up holding the field - Poseidon and Apollo are usually the glory hogs!

I ended up getting the PDF. It looks like you've adapted the lists a bit for different models, which I like (the harpy unit, the sheep, the ghost hoplites instead of skeletons, etc.). What are you using for the different god miniatures? There seems to be quite limited options readily available such as Northstar, Wargods demigods and the little Foundry ones. I like what you've done as the larger figures look better on the tabletop.

Yes the rules at the end of the book mean you can adapt and create profiles to suit your collections. I see harpies as more of a mob of scavangers than a single hero, so statted them up that way (Q4 C1 Long Move Flyer). It's one of the good things about the game .

For Gods SHQ make a range of Greek and a few Norse. They're what's used for Hermes, Hades and Poseidon in the reports. Hecate and (I think) Apollo are from the Mythic Pantheon board game - you can pick them up singly on eBay (or there are Chinese knock-offs also on sale on places like AliBaba). James also has a very nice and spectacular Zeus model made from one of those tourist statues you can pick up in Greece.
But we've so been known to just use a 28mm model but on a big base for a god.
