Some more good additions! The figures with the dwarven armour look good, the leg swaps work well. I’m sure those warriors will be grateful for the extra protection!

Definitely! Sure, they could forge it themselves, but who's got time for that when the dwarves already forged it?

With this tenth orc down, Bolg's bodyguard is two ranks deep, so next I'll work on some spears until I get enough models to add a third rank to the bodyguard.

Indeed,  get some decent armour and kill a dwarf to obtain it. Win-Win situation.

This latest one is probably my favourite so far, the helmet is great.

I agree with robh, that orc turned out quite well.

Thank you kindly! It's definitely my favorite helmet from the goblins set and makes this orc look very cold & intimidating, a professional fighter instead of some brawler.

Taking a break from Bolg's bodyguard for an officer, leading a group of orcish spears. The shield is from late WHFB era Skeletons kit; everything else is from the Oathmark Orc kit.

Nicely done! The ex-undead shield looks good on that figure.

I'm most impressed with your dedication to producing a painted figure every day, I wouldn't have lasted more than a couple of days.

Thank you! I steal a few minutes out of the morning routine & finish in the evenings. Really just go for table top quality, once the one a day part is over I'll probably go back & touch up the bases.

Thanks ! The shields in the Oathmark kits are too small for my liking so I've been getting them from any old kit i can muster up in my collection. It's been a blessing in disguise since it makes each orc relatively unique.

Today's effort is a second officer for a unit of spears! Another Wargame Atlantic combo of Goblins & Late Romans.

Lucky number 13! This orc will be a rank & file spear.

I can confidently state that the body is from the Oathmark orc set, I just finished build and painting a couple of figures based on it.

Pattus Magnus is correct, the body & spear arm is from the Oathmark. The head is from Wargames Atlantic , the shield arm is a bow arm from OM Elf infantry kit, cut to fit, and the kite shield is from the weapons sprue for warlord games Saxon Ceorls.

Super busy day but I knocked one out right before midnight! This orc represents two weeks of consistent effort and I'm happy I made it this far.

Another simple spear orc.
