Looking for 28mm flintlock pistols and muskets
« on: 23 November 2022, 11:45:42 PM »
I have recently purchased Westwind's Order of the Dragon cultists for use in Silver Bayonet. I think the left and right cultists look appropriately Napoleonic.

However, they are armed with revolvers and a multibarrel rifle - see the red circles and the green circle respectively.

I can cut the revolvers down to the hands and replace them with flintlock pistols to make them more period appropriate. And I can cut out the mechanism of the multibarrel rifle and replace it with a lock to make it look a bit like a Nock gun.

so my google-fu is weak, are there any manufacturers offering separate flintlock pistols and muskets, preferably 28mm sized?

You could buy a less expensive box of plastic minis from the black powder era and I am sure they would have extra weapons and the like

I'm pretty sure Freebooter's Fate did weapons packs of exactly what you're asking for. If you search around a few web stores to see who may have some in stock, I'm sure you'll find some. From memory, the pistols were spot-on, but the muskets might be a little more whimsical...? (Or was there more than one musket style/pack? I don't quite recall).
