My Eye ... "I" Troop and some Dons
« on: 19 March 2023, 05:41:37 AM »
Comrades,

After having undertaken some maintenance on my Balaclava Build blog I ended up with a whole new look. I've been revisiting this passion project with a passion so far this year and have just added some new units to the works. If you've ever though about wargaming the Crimean War, don't think - do it. Anyway, if you have an interest in that sort of thing, please follow the link to the latest post for my British Royal Horse Artillery. I've included an update shot for my Don Cossacks which I also posted today.

Fantastic! I love your work! I also really appreciate your painting the horse's eyes like horses and not people. Well done! I may be using the blog wrong, but it feels clunky because there doesn't seem to have a user friendly way to look at the details. I had to click on the pics, then zoom in, then back up and repeat the process for every pic. It would be nice to be able to scroll between the blown up pictures.

Thanks all.

MG, I noticed that myself. I'll look into it as this as yours is my preference also.

... several minutes later ... the Blogger format I changed to allows different means of viewing. I have it defaulting to 'Magazine' but if you are just after images, you can select 'Snapshot' option at the top of the screen under the title and it will pull up all images from the latest going back.
