“Indiana Jones”

All,
       I’ve been enjoying building up SciFi minis from Stargrave and Frostgrave plastics.  I recently picked up a sprue of gunfighters from Great Escape Games with an eye to make a sort of Firefly crew.  While I was working on them, I looked at one mini in particular and said hmmn to myself.  Well, after a head swap from a Copplestone gangster, a coiled rope and the right paint job, I find myself with a pretty darn good Indiana Jones stand in.

Thanks, I decided to go with the coiled rope rather than a haversack.  What do you think?

Nick, m'boy, shame and calumny be upon your head!  How dare you, sir!?  How dare you indeed?  You have referred to Indy's bullwhip as a coil of rope? Methinks it is high time you rewatch some of those movies!!!! 

Lovely work and your color choices are spot on for the painting.

Pity about the rope, though.

              Just pretend I said bullwhip.  Looks the same really.

Just modified Indy, added a haversack and moved the bullwhip to the right side over the holster.

He looks good!  I just painted my Artizan Indy…had to add a whip to him too, but I’m liking the haversack.  Clever use of plastics here fella.
