Hasty VSF encounter report
« on: November 02, 2009, 06:10:49 PM »
Skrapwelder held his bachlor party in the form of a VSF encounter game in a small sea side town in the south of england where about 15 adventurers with their assorted henchmen and or flunkies were subjected to madness. Wandering around the town each tried to carry out his own objectives and of course survive... very few did the later. Here's a link to pics of some of that which transpired;

I, Hans Velsing, survived, gladly though, as I realized that my target creature was certainly more than I could have hoped to bring down by myself! But hope is never ending as I reformulate a plan to get that werewolf back to the zoological society!

Looks like it was a very enjoyable game! What rules did you use?

I have to say that Skrapwelder's hat is very impressive.

I like a good hat  :D

Skrapwelder used modified Valor Steel and Flesh rules plus a witches brew of encounter charts and zombie generators. His Hat, got a rating of "Nice HAT!" from a few, though he misplaced the 9 of spades card in the hat band for awhile... lol. On the defiently good side, everytime your character or flunkys killed a zombie etc, you got a candy treat from the jack-o-lantern beside his initative deck.

Funny you should mention LARPing, there is a LARP group that does the Masquarde? (spelling..) dark vampires and all that at the game shop at the same time we were playing.

Yeah but Skrapwelders hat and Dante's Zombie makeup was nicer then any of the LARP costumes.

Thanks for getting me in the photo next to Mike and his Hat

Mike told me "No strippers" (I was gunna...).  But at least I got beer into the store...

It was an impressive game.

And those Vampire LARPers were too funny....  I was gunna ask them if this is like playing out Twilight...  ;)

Congrats Mike.

Hammers, where the heck did those figures come from?  Are the show girls actually made like that, or did someone convert bikini babes with guns (& swords)?

I think the Hammer sisters were West Wind figs.  They had that "WW" look to them...

He's talking about Hammer's showgirls, not the Hammer Sisters that were in the game. You're getting your strippers and waitresses confused again. Remember what happened the last time you did that.
