My scratch 15mm Blood Bowl field and stadium
« on: 18 June 2023, 06:19:28 PM »
During the monsoons this weekend, the demon rum led me down a new and dark path:  15mm Blood Bowl!

Ordered Zombiesmith teams, and in just about 2 hours, cranked out a nice field, soon to be the Orange Bowl, home of the Hurrikanze Ork Team.

So easy, quick in this scale, and now we can have several different home fieldset, AND take games with me when I travel to tennis tournaments and fish camp.

Gotta finish dugouts, stands, and the Kanze lego at midfield.

My system works so quickly   in this scale.

Now I can do undead, egyptian and human fields that were unfeasable In 32mm

Now, suggestions on 15mm sellers were I canfind "generic" poses of orks, goblins, humans, etc  to make coaches, personneland cheerleaders, etc????

Ooh, nice pitch!

Impact Miniatures has been expanding a lot into 3D prints.

I know some of their Fantasy Football teams are available as STL files, or you could request high quality prints at any size.

OMG! I love Impact! Had no idea they would get into 3d filem!

Thanks.

BTW, see how I used cocktail sticks to make the holes for grid.   I did that first, then layar of brown pain and elmers sprinkled with said.   Next, drybrush
Finally I used the paint/pva for areas and covered with 2mm static grass

Clever work with the cocktail sticks - really gives it that BloodBowl vibe.
Nice work!
