Oathmark: are there skeleton cavalry?

I am away from my Oathmark books, and just wondered if there is a skeleton cavalry option?

I ask having read the news item on the Wargames Atllantic's site:https://wargamesatlantic.com/blogs/news/skeleton-cavalry
They also mention a chariot option which I do remember from It Oathbreakers.
