Today's game, Aztecs v Conquistadors using the Pikemans Lament rules from Osprey.
Scenario J Rescue.
Following a small skirmish one of the Spanish soldiers was captured alive and hustled into a nearby village,unless rescued his companions knew he faced a grisly end !
Spanish forces comprised,
1 unit Elite Gallopers,with the force officer 6pts
1 Aggressive Forlorn Hope 6pts
1 Forlorn Hope 6pts
1 Commanded shot unit of allied native bows 2pts
Aztec forces comprised,
2 Veteran Clansmen 5pts each
3 Clansmen 3pts each
1 Commanded shot unit of slingers 2 pts
Pic 1 Spanish force
Pic 2 Aztec units
Pic 3 starting Aztec units with captive held in veteran Clansmen unit
Pic 4 and Pic 5 some initial Spanish successes.
Pic 6 the Rodeleros charge.
Pic 7 Oops !
Pic 8 The grisly end 
A fun game with the veteran clansmen rolling great dice and successfully fending off the Conquistador cavalry and a lucky blow killing the officer too boot !

Very nice Romark. It put me in mind of the Inca warrior with Spanish sword and morion that Hemmings notes in his Conquest of the Incas. Are you thinking of doing Manco Inca mounted with morion and lance?

Minis look great but wondering how they compare size wise with Wargames Atlantic/Foundry etc.
