Great figures. I'm worried some of the bits are too thin for my daft hands but I'll just need to be careful.

Quite useful - the ashigaru reading a scroll/map may be a uniqe pose for an ashigaru (can't think of any other range with a like figure).

Just received a box today.  Not too bad….though the swords need carefully bending into shape.

The mounted samurai torso is separate to the legs which are melded to the horse.   The spear arm needs attaching separately.
