Guess its time to start scratch building some stuff
« on: September 17, 2023, 02:55:50 AM »
i scored this a few years ago in a salvage shop and payed $20 for the lot.  I wish i had grabbed more 4ground stuff before it all went away. I did manage to scoop up a freight train kit, passenger train kit, some curved track, hand carts and the small building under construction.

just the top 3 inches or so are warped on the wider stock so there is plenty to work with.

That is very cool.  And will allow many a build.

Then, one day far from now, when you have tired of living and kick the bucket, your heirs will have to decide what to do with the 80% that still remains!  lol

Not picking on you, speaking from - almost - experience.  Hopefully my bucket kicking is a few decades out.   :o

Meaning I have a Very Large Supply of scratch building materials and eventually only a fraction of it is ever likely to get used.

Look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Even the “warped” pieces can be used.  They could be use as planks for aged fences and walk boards.  Or to make derelict buildings.  So don’t toss them out.
