That is one amazing project. Excellent work; I (not being a sculptor, but adoring proper sculpted figures) always marvel at the thought of getting something you knead together yourself cast in metal.

Three things I like especially:
.) cavalry in cloaks in general.
.) that guy in the far rigth in the picture there:

.) My absolute favourite are those christmas carolers in the bottom of the first page. That's just a very cool set of figures. Here in Austria we celebrate Christmas on the 24th, but we have a strong tradition of "star singers" going from house to house on the 6th of January, and these figures remind me a lot of them. Great work.
