The Battle of Mollwitz 1741 (Scenario)
« on: October 29, 2023, 09:36:40 PM »
After a gap of some 20 years, I'm having a game of 'Tricorn' on Tuesday with my old mate Osmoses (who is normally to be found here in the 'Adventures in the Far East' forum).  I thought we'd have a go at the Battle of Mollwitz, Fred the Big's first battle, as it's a fairly straightforward 'Line 'em Up & Bash' battle that we should get finished on a club-night...  Yeah, as if...  ::)  Anyway, here's the scenario.  BatRep to follow:

Osmoses got a bit carried away with the 'snowy photoshop' after last night's game...

Majestic spectacle! I am carried away by the snowy sight, too! Applause!
Eagerly waiting for the battle report! Cheers!

It's beyond my understanding, but that's no indicator as to difficulty...   :(

It's very easy. It's done in free photo-editing software called PhotoscapeX. Among the lighting effects section are some weather effects. Very user friendly so it's just a matter of a few clicks.

I , too, am enraptured by the snowy effects I’ve never seen anything like it . It shows up the uniforms and figures even more than usual. Well done , all round 👍 .

I should also have mentioned that Osmoses also painted the entire Austrian army (about 30 years ago, for our late friend Doug).  :D
