figure identification, please

I'm currently painting my 28mm Samurai and came across a few figures from an unknown manufacturer. I bought them years ago from someone wanting to reduce his pile of lead. The figures and horses are made of metal and each figure seems to come in a mounted and dismounted version.



I'd like to know the manufacturer and whether these figures are still available.
