I'm confused about Charles S Grant books on SYW small battles

I'm interested in small scales battles of the SYW. Charles S Grant wrote 3 books on theses affairs:

WARGAMING IN HISTORY 11: SEVEN YEARS WAR SMALL ACTIONS

REFIGHTING HISTORY 8 ) THE SEVEN YEARS WAR: SMALL ACTIONS IN THE WESTERN THEATRE
REFIGHTING HISTORY 9) SEVEN YEARS WAR: More Small Actions In The Western Theatre

I'd like to know if the last two are simply the first one republished in two volumes, or if they are something different.
