Are there going to be dedicated Spartan command figures coming or are the  Greek Hoplite Command figures suitable for Spartans too?

Hey vodkafan, we will definitely be doing dedicated Spartan commanders down the line, as well as a Leonidas figure to fit in.

The command we have currently would be fine to use as commanders in a Spartan force but some people like to have all their Spartans with the typical braided hair and bearded look, so we will get them out eventually!

I received my Spartans yesterday thank you. I have looked over them  and I think they will paint up easily. I was impressed that all the poses have quite a small footprint so will rank up nice even for something like DBA  where the frontage for Hoplites is only 15mm per figure and 20mm depth.

As soon as I get time, I'm going to carry the review forward and paint them all up. might be a few weeks as I'm currently speed painting a Republican Roman army as fast as I can given the time I have.
