I have had nothing but good experiences from them, but no overseas experience.  If there is a problem i would bet it’s with the mail service, not Brigade.  Make sure you don’t hold up an order with a mixed in pre-order, they usually ship all together.

Thanks, it was more the lack of contact that's put me off ordering

I bought the Sharpe figures from them a couple of years ago. I was also nervous about ordering from the US but it all came through in about a week (!) and by sticking to the lower shipping limits avoided any nonsense from HMRC.

Really impressed with the service I had.

I've always had good service from Lon.  However, as I joined in his latest Plains War kickstarter, Lon's communications have been a bit slow, which is a source of frustration for participants. I understand he's had some family challenges, and, like many providers, he is a small operation, so he's a bit overwhelmed at the moment.  As he catches up with the KS shipping, hopefully he'll get more time to respond promptly to emails.

Lon is good people. I have never had a problem with Brigade.
Now, with the mail services lately. I am in US and ordering from UK
has been a bugger lately. I try to only buy US now.

Spooky...I'm in the UK and ordering from the US has also been a bugger lately.

I'd agree though that Lon is good people.  8)

It’s so variable. A friend of mine in Canada ordered from Tradition in London on Monday of this week - order arrived today. Either you’re lucky or you’re not :)

I have had more than a few shipments from the UK go awry.  some from companies, some from family.  The Royal Mail looks starved of funds and intentionally doomed by parties interested in its privatization and dismantling.

10 years to be exact.  But it didn't all go to hell straight away. Many of us ordinary postmen and women still care and try to do our best .

Not to sound redundant, but I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Lon from Brigade Games. I'm in the U.S., but he's always been professional and responsive. I'd go for it...

Vodakfan,

Too be clear. No one is baling you or you co-workers. We all realize the problems are high up and
you are trying to do your best.

That was my point.  Higher management is reprehensible.
