A refight of Isandlwana
« on: 11 June 2024, 08:49:17 PM »
Evening folks, last night we refought Isandlwana in the shed. A big battle with almost 1000 28mm Zulus on the table and a few Brits plus allies. A full report and scenario specifics on the blog plus a few pictures with the AAR. We used Black Powder.

I hope this is of interest

Looks great. Man, that is a heck of a lot of zulus.
Makes the threat so much more real for the British.

The size of that table is most certainly not something to scoff at.

Like another poster, I was shocked to learn that over one thousand Zulu figures were present.

Thank you for posting.

That gives us a real sense of the challenge the British faced. Well done.

That report (and table and figures) was impressive.  Very atmospheric...

The Brits are wondering why they didn't bring a gatling gun....

Where is Lord Chelmsford when you need him?
