Love the mohicans- really nice job, especially for a group that I don't see on the table so often :D

Cheers for the kind words folks.

Very professional looking job :-* :-* :-*
Lighting for photos is a whole other hobby

Isn't it just? I started reading articles online and feel that I've walked away knowing less!  ;D

Light box is looking good! I have one I made as well. Don't be afraid to crop those photos and zoom in more, though. They look great...

Mike Demana

I'll give that a go.

I finished some of Galloping Major's Settlers Defending pack. I quite enjoyed the simplicity of these sculps, and I was able to paint them quite quickly, which is always nice.

I've got the other two packs in the range to paint. I'm also going to have a look for some unarmed settlers.

Kind Regards
Andy

It's been a little bit since I've updated you on this project. There are lots of things on the workbench. However, I managed to get some paint on some Compagnies Franches de la Marine from Galloping Major. They're really nice miniatures, very characterful. I decided to go for a bit more of a 'uniform' colour.

I've got four more of these chaps to paint. However, I think I'll paint some of Galloping Major's Settlers Defending first.

I also received an order from Ironclad Miniatures, which consists of a log blockhouse, some small storehouses, and a gun emplacement that I'll look to get some paint on in the upcoming weeks.

Cheers Nick! The collection is growing and I’m hoping to get some more games in soon.

Nice work Andy  8)

Cheers Richard!

I’ve managed to slap some paint on some more miniatures, this time Galloping Major Settlers defending, a mix of a couple of Lance’s characters and regular settlers.

I’ve had some issue with these photos, they are quite washed out in comparison to real life.

The rather spiffing chap at the front represents Lord Toff Toffington a reoccurring character in some of our linked scenarios. He’ll be making an appearing in an upcoming game we’re playing over the next couple of weeks.

I’ve got some Anglo-American Provincials on the table next. I’m planning on painting them as Pennsylvanian Provincials.
