Rapid Fire Reloaded
« on: 30 June 2024, 11:01:54 PM »
Rapid Fire Reloaded, a supposedly faster game of RF2. TBH, Me and my Pal (who came up for a visit to Wales), have been playing RF since 1990 and RF2 since 2007, so it was actually slower for us, but the lack of tables for newbies and the throwing of multiple dice for casualties has a draw to some players

Over a couple of months, I have been running tutorials of RFR, so far 9 have played and I have another 3 or 4 players booked in to show them the rules
We played a scenario that I have used for all my tutorials "capture and secure the bridge and the central road!

Early kill for the Germans

And another

The Germans were getting all the kills

It was now the Germans turn to suffer

More German casualties

The Americans were getting the upper hand on their right

But their left was over run and the American Left routed for Morale

If it isn't enjoyable, it isn't gaming!
