Anyone a regular (or just recent) orderer from NTS?

I've bought from them before, but only in person at shows, not ordered anything from the site until this month. Just wondering if they tend to email you when your order has been dispatched? I put an order in on the 1st, and got the confirmation email back, and now nothing since.

I see the site says that they aim for same day dispatch for orders made before 12pm, and next day for others, for items that are in stock. Nothing on my order appeared to be out of stock, so I'm just concerned my order may have gone AWOL. However, I don't want to email them if it's not actually been dispatched yet, since I still work on a "please allow 28 days for delivery" basis before emailing about orders.

Can anyone confirm, should I have received a dispatch email? (I know some companies don't bother, they just post your order straight out)

I bought some figs from them early last year and got them quite promptly to the USA, no problems.  His website hasn’t got any recent postings or updates, the last post mentioned a past christmas update.

Very fine figures.

I've no concern that they've gone out of business, as they remain very active on FB, just wondering on whether my order is still processing or has got lost in transit.

I would say getting in touch with them would be the first port of call.
