Northumbrian Tin Soldier - still alive?

Hey, did anybody receive on order from Northumbrian Tin Soldier (e.g. some of their nice Nightfolk minis) or was somehow able to contact them?
I tried both 'sales' and 'contact' at northumbriantinsoldier.co.uk without reply for more than a week.

I know they were posting here but haven't done so for some time.
