First Corps ACW Naval Figures- What do they Look Like?
« on: 16 August 2024, 05:46:16 PM »
1st Corps doesn't have photos posted of their 28mm ACW sailors and officer figures.   In this day and age, one of the oddest things that some manufacturers still do.
Given that some previously available  ACW naval minis are no longer available (Foundry),  can anyone out there provided photos of the 1st corps naval packs?

Thanks!

As an aside, anyone have any suggestions for 28mm ACW naval figures one can order from the US?   I don't need alot, and shipping is beastly.

1st Corps was one of the many wargaming companies whose site crashed last month. They are in the process of re-doing the site and re-adding photos.

You can find a photo of some of their naval guys here:

Sash and Saber produces Tucker's Naval Battalion which are pretty sweet minis as well: https://www.sashandsaber.com/catalogACW.php4

Muggins-

Thanks!  I'm looking for figs that can (or already are) be used as gunners.   Your photo, and those on Scale Creep's site, are landing parties.  So, they won't do for me.

I have a battalion of them, they look fine painted up. I used mine as a confederate battalion.

Cheers
Matt

I have these guys from Redoubt - but their shipping costs to USA have become untenable for me since the UK made changes a few years ago. https://www.redoubtenterprises.com/product/acx-37/

I have both the 1st Corps and the Redoubt sailors. The Redoubt ones are excellent while the others are not…
