I'd be tempted to say they are conversions of some old Citadel figures.  A couple look like they may be based on the Rogue Trader Space Adventurers.

The guy in the long coat is an Acropolis figure from the Andromeda 5 range.

Looks like the two on the left are unusual though stock Citadel figures from the ‘80s. Gothic Horror Rancher & Judge Dredd perp Ratex.

Thanks everyone! Two more to go 😂

And thanks Hobgoblin for alerting me to a fantastic range of odd old minis that's Acropolis, they are still on sale! For relative pennies!

My pleasure!

There are some absolute gems in the Acropolis ranges. I have loads of their goblins (which work nicely with Fiend Factory Citadel goblins) because I was paid in kind for doing some sketches for the company when I was a kid. This guy was based on a drawing I did (along, I think, with some of the other later Nack Trybe ones):

I think those are from Mongoose's Judge Dredd line, you can still get them from rebel minis.

Mini with the glasses & shotgun is  a Nomad from Grenadier's Cyberpunk range
