Got some miniatures from a local shop and they just came bundled together in plastic packaging with nothing on them except the price of £10 for the set. The shop isn't sure where they're from either.

I've tried searching through a few of the (UK based at least) miniature manufacturers i know of, but so far been unable to find anything. Using the photos to search on google doesn't bring up anything similar, neither does just searching normally for miniatures of the same theming.

Really have no idea who/where/what they're from, no manufacturer marks on them or anything either. Can anyone help identify them?

They look like Martin Baker sculpts, and my first thought was Midlam Miniatures but I can't see them on the website.

Midlam Miniatures are one I checked myself but couldn't find them, and it doesn't appear like they even have any Landsknecht-style miniatures anyway.

This might help?
https://www.miniatures-workshop.com/lostminiswiki/index.php?title=Martin_Baker

It's a list of companies he's sculpted for, might help narrow things down a bit?

Have now looked through all the places mentioned there that are still available, but can't find any of these miniatures or anything overly similar

I had assumed they were a new thing still available that the shop i got them from had bought from a manufacturer or whatever, but there is a possibility that they're part of someones old collection that they've got and re-packaged themselves. So they could be miniatures from a long time ago and they might not even all be the same manufacturer.

There are no markings on the bases or anything like that which would help identify them.

Did think they were Ral Partha sculpts at first.

Have you tried asking on the fantasy page?  Might have better luck.

Judging by the sculpting and basing, I'm inclined to say Midlam as well.

Coincidentally, I have several Midlam miniatures, mostly from Kickstarters, that are not on the Midlam website. So perhaps contact Midlam to ask if these are theirs?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

I can help here, they’re going to be Athena Miniatures as soon as I get around to remoulding them, they are Martin Baker sculpts, originally available through Heroes of the Dark Ages, they’re in the fantasy range I bought with the historical stuff.

They’ve been on my “to do” list for a while and I’m hoping to crack on with them post Warfare.

The priest is currently available as part of the Saxon Command set.

Hope this helps

Ah yeah, that definitely seems to be them! Thanks, glad to see someone knows where they're from.
