It's been a while since I've done any work on them, but for my WW2 Dutch, I've used the following:
Basecoat of Vallejo Color German Uniform 70.920, highlighted up to Vallejo Game Color Wolf Grey 72.047 and washed with Army Painter Military Shader.
You can experiment with the dilution of the shader though, and I would recommend some variation between individuals, since, just like the German Field Grey, the Dutch grey is all over the place, running between almost blue grey to grey to green and everything inbetween.
It is though, in effect, basically a lighter shade of German Fieldgrey.
For the helmets, I've used :
Vallejo Model Color Camouflage Olive Green 70.894 mixed with Vallejo Model Color Stone Grey 70.884 to about a 50/50 ratio, shading with the former and highlighting with the latter. Most of the helmet crests were dark bronze, but there were individual commanders who ordered their troops to polish them to a bright sheen, and others, who ordered them to be painted in the same shade as the helmets (the smart ones, no doubt

).
