Mixing 15mm Altuos Renaissance with other ranges

I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on where Altuos minis stand compared to stuff like Old Glory, Khurasan, Essex etc. I only have Altuos minis, so I can't compare them apart from guessing at pictures I've seen on old posts. From measuring they stand about 18mm to 20mm to the top of the head, or 15mm to the eyeline, which seems standard.

Has anyone tried mixing them into a unit with models from other ranges? I was thinking of doing this to add in some more variety to my armies.
