Skuffle Wammer tryout... it's dead simple, and yet fun
« on: November 20, 2024, 06:10:19 AM »
A short while ago, I found this game over on Wargames Vault, labelled "The Universe's Smallest Wargame" on the Pay What You Want model, Skuffle Wammer.

It's an innocent little roll some dice game, taking either 1, 3 or 5 minutes for a game and according to the author it was made for that quick over a chat "game" at conventions and all.  So I tried it out solo for the rules, and while it is as silly as hell, it was actually something that brought that little smile on my face due to it's pure simpleness.

A real wargame?  Hardly.  Great fun, certainly for the above reason.

For those looking for the miniatures I used earlier in the Skuffle Wammer game, I still have an Albert I that I'm giving away.  Dulle griet alas, she is truly a piece of legend and no longer available.
