Tents are an underappreciated resource, so many uses but so few makers.
Completely agree. I have a few of those Renedra pup tents in a bag on my 'when I get around to it' pile and I also have a couple of resin modern frame tents from Alternative Armies around somewhere - nominally 15mm but I might be able to use them for 20mm if I'm lucky. Modern looking tents are rare, almost unicorns, but the historical ones can be found occasionally.

Ainsty used to do a dome tent, and Crooked Dice do one https://crooked-dice.co.uk/products/dome-tent?_pos=2&_sid=16292220b&_ss=r

They also do an expedition tent (early design).

I used the Renedra ones for TWD:AOW:

The Debris of War Command Tent could be used for a Scouts/Guide/TA tent.

Anyscale Models do a very reasonably priced set of modern tents for a fiver.

Earlier this year, I bought some very reasonably priced MDF terrain from a member at the gaming club. He had assembled it but not painted it.

Today, I got around to painting up the TT Combat MDF RV. It's a huge vehicle and really looks the part. I am pretty happy with the result and that "camping roof" on the side can be pulled out  :).

Andrea, from Mantic Games AOWTWD is a fitting choice to model the scale of this vehicle.

That's a great RV! I passed on buying it as I was afraid it would look too "blocky" being MDF. It looks wonderful, though...  :-*

Thank you very much Mike!

I personally like MDF a lot. When I bought my first building it was enough to just stick it together. But with a little bit of work, you can make even "blocky" MDF models look nice enough that you're happy to put them on the gaming table  :).

We are, most likely, starting out Last Days campaign properly in the next couple of weeks, so this will come in VERY handy then  lol. Probably as an escape vehicle when my base is being overrun  lol.

Legionnaire.

Heh, 'camping roof' indeed - it's an awning!

Lovely job though - I had similar concerns about the blockiness too but it looks ok here.

Today, I did most of the work on the Project Z Compound I bought earlier this year. It was assembled but unpainted so I slapped some on. I probably won't bother painting the doors in the inside but will put up some barbed wire at the top, there are convenient holes to thread it through.

If I had built the model myself I would've done the painting in another way,  yellow on black is NEVER turning out well  :?! It'll do for my uses though.

Cheers Mike! Another very useful piece of terrain for the zombie apocalypse.

With that nearly done, I have only got that helicopter model left to do before ALL my PA terrain is done (for now  ;).

Legionnaire.

As you implied, is it ever truly done? I was in a model train shop yesterday and saw they had a box of three Plasticville trailers on sale. I'm like, "I don't have any Plasticville trailers. And these would look different than my other ones..."

So, I bought them!  lol
