that's a point... that wheel needs some chains for grip...

Meh; it's there for support, not traction after all.

That being said; chains wrapped around the wheel would of course add at least 2 extra levels of cool...

Thanks for the nice words all.

Along with fifteen levels of difficulty.   lol
Edit:  Just started painting.  I decided that it did not really "need" anything more at the moment.
Good luck all, this years comp has been fun to watch.

You are correct -- this has enough cool for this space-time continuum!  :D

I can't wait to see this all painted up. It is going to be difficult to beat...  :-*

It looks really good, I'm sure it will look even better painted. Can't wait to see the end result.  :)

Mine is submitted.  Craptastic paint, poor photography and all.   Good luck everyone.  It has been a great competition with some wonderful work from everyone.

Excellent stuff Snitchy. I got mine submitted yesterday, which I am still suprised by; I was certain I would be busily trying to get photos done Sunday night.

I really like this build, it's sort of one of the ideas I originally toyed with but done so much better than I could manage.

Thanks for the nice words all.  Paint is where I always fall flat on my face.  In this case, I think my attempt to
paint distressed wood failed spectacularly and it ended up a bit busy with all the excess baggage.  I am guessing that it is out on the first vote.  However it will give me a great centerpiece for a custom scenario.

I think you are selling yourself short (maybe we are all a bit guilty of that...), since your whole entry from design through execution, is really amazing.
