BSC 2025 McMordain's Pirate Skyboat
« on: January 16, 2025, 10:03:05 PM »
Would it be against the rules to finish my 2017 entrylol

Just kidding. I have two ideas for now.
One is a early medieval style carriage for my fantasy games, the other is a ruined factory with conveyor belts for Necromunda. Can't decide yet...

One of the Discord servers I'm on recently had an unfinished project competition. It was amazingly useful. Maybe we can do that as a small competition in the fall?

To be clear... would this a be a competition where you finish a project you started and left it unfinished or is it a competition where you start a project and leave it unfinished. :)

That would be a good idea. I could throw a stick in my wargames room & be VERY
confident on hitting an unfinished project.  lol lol lol

Good luck McMordain.

I'm old enough to remember that "The Stick" (the definite article is crucial) is something one "got" from the headmaster or his deputy...

Sister Paula just used the ruler.  A lot.

We got a thing called, 'The Strap' which was not unlike a straight razor's strop.
The 'normal' was five strokes. If you pulled your hand away you got another stroke.
One lad started to pull his hand away, but not far enough, so it caught the tip of
his middle finger.  :o :o :o. he still got a sixth stroke for attempting to pull his
hand away. :-[
