does anyone have any pics of the back of this mini? or can advise if the crozier is very heavily attached to the robe at the back?

an idea has lodged in my head and is vigorously beating me into submission... and I need this mini - annoyingly the postage is more than the figure and it doesn't seem to be overtly available anywhere other than from Gripping Beast directly...

I don't have it, no.
However, if you look at the hand holding the crozier you'll notice it is an open hand and the crozier has clearly been glued in place. Suggesting that it is not attached to the figure and is a completely separate piece, so you should be OK.
