Redoubt miniatures - ordering?

Anyone have any views on order completion times and comms with Recoubt?

I seem to be waiting quite a while for my order and they won?t respond to my message?

That seems to have been the case for quite a few years now since it changed hands.  I had an order in progress at the time of the change and it took many months to complete with no communication.
