Thanks for your kind thoughts. In the 11 years of the LLC's existence before we dissolved it, we had two mistakes. Our first year, our founder -- the one whose idea this was -- filed for an extension and then never actually followed up and filed our taxes. Two years later, one of the members' sister (who was a tax attorney), filed for us and used the wrong form. We paid a tax attorney to fix those problems twice, but the IRS never forgave us and every year sent us out a naughty letter saying we owed some ridiculous amount of money. We would go back to said tax attorneys we paid to take care of it, show them the letter, and they would once again "take care of it." Finally, we got a letter saying they were outsourcing this debt to collections agencies. Since then, I haven't heard a peep. Sigh.

So, I tell everyone to get solid tax and business advice BEFORE creating an LLC and putting a target sign on your back for the IRS... 

Glad to hear you've had no troubles, though! Maybe the IRS doesn't have anyone covering Wyoming on account of the small population...ha, ha!
