Regarding "Tales of Derring Do"

Hello friends, I recently acquired in physical format "Tales of Derring Do" by Chris Swan, Mike Blake and Ian Colwill.  What I'm looking for is PDF copies of the Character Sheet, and the Quick Play Sheets from the back of the book.  I know I can copy from the book but it is rather thick and won't copy well like that.  I did search here and online in general for existing PDFs but came up empty.

Does anyone know of a repository of these files?
