Is that the free STL, same as my print, as early versions of it had an issue with the bases not being flat. I think the floor planks pushed through. Try and cut a thin slice off the ground floor part in the slicer, repair and then print. It should help

I do find quite a lot of differences within PLA as well. I'm using Overture Matte PLA at the moment and I have to drop the max nozzle temp, and print at 50% speed to get it working. I do like its finish, but it is very fussy. Best PLA i have used is the Bambu Labs PLA Matte, follwed by the Sunlu Matte which is cheaper.

Yup, that is the one. Thx for the heads-up, that is easy enough to slice off in 3D.

My stash of Sunlu Basic PLA seems to be doing fine for now, just shy of 11 euros per roll.  It has hardly ever failed me, only 1 roll out the 12 sofar got tangled midway and was a real bollocks to untangle, the other small isees were file or user error.
