Digital sculpting tutor for miniatures wanted
« on: May 13, 2025, 06:13:39 PM »
Hullo all!

I'm currently learning Blender with a view to making 3D printable resin miniatures, and am looking for an online tutor who can help out. I'm also going to be taking the leap over to Zbrush shortly as well, since it seems to be the industry standard. Is there anyone here who might be up for earning a bit of extra cash to teach some online lessons? I know we have a few LAFers who are digital sculptors, so don't be backwards coming forwards if you'd be willing to impart some knowledge!

I'm still at a fairly basic level with all of this, and haven't gotten much beyond modelling basic hard surface objects. The pics below may give you an idea of where I'm at (the weapon is from the old Mutant Chronicles: Warzone game, for reference). I'd ideally be looking for a few lessons a week as of an evening. I'm based in the UK, for timing purposes.

Before anyone mentions it, I know there are hundreds of online videos/ courses and whatnot - I just find it substantially easier to learn with the aid of a tutor.

Thanks in advance!
