What happens with PSC?
« on: 10 June 2025, 11:33:15 PM »
Can anybody please explain me why Plastic Soldier Company have most ranges Out of stock and do not answer to my messages? Are they out of business?
I'd love to buy several boxes of 15mm Late British and Germans in Normandy infantry and tanks but it is impossible and quite frustrating.
TIA

I think it’s literally one person, “Anita” who is doing … everything.

She sometimes responds to my emails, but it’s very rare.

If you want PSC and are in Canada, or want to order from Canada. Sentry Box has a massive amount of PSC. Great service, good prices, and they will respond to your email.

I recently bought some Comtry Forge 13.5mm Republican Romans and another order of Numidians and Carthaginians and they shipped reasonably quickly and we're delivered in good condition, this is in the last 2 months or so, so they are for sure still open and shipping.

I am not in Canada I'm afraid, and I can't find any website for ordering items. Could you pass me a link, please?

Thank you. It's good to know they are still in business, but I can't wait for who know how long to order some minis I need now, and that's pity.

I am in UK, and usually buy their stuff through either Caliver books or e-bay. There are several third party sellers there who usually offer the PSC kits at a discount off manufactures prices.

I have noticed they are moving into 3d printed kits and was wondering if they were to discontinue their molded kits but as you say no reply to any of my mails to them. It is putting them in a bad light if they can answer questions how will they respond to purchase issues. They too run the Battlegroup line I hope there is better response there.

I had always assumed the 3D prints were to complement the plastic models supplying stuff not commercially viable as a kit. Their Customer service has always been hit and miss. I bought some 3d printed Japanese vehicles last year and from memory they took 3 months to arrive.

PSC will only respond on Facebook. They do not reply to emails or post on other fora.

Similar issue in the run up to the Nam'68 rules release. Unless you are a member of their Facebook group there was no information provided at all.

I'm from Spain and the small third party sellers told me they cannot ship to Spain. I'll check Caliver. Thank you.
