Avanpost???

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with Avanpost 30 Years war. They do look rather lush, but I understand that they are a Russian business, which does give me the heebijeebies. How might I get hold of some without supporting Putin (however indirectly)/

Avanpost are located in the Crimea, hence the supply problem. The resin versions of the TYW figures can be purchased from IL Miniatures in Germany (IL can't seem to get hold of the metal miniatures for some reason) but you'd better not be in a hurry as it can be a long time before a re-stock comes in - I know because it recently took six months for a small order I made last November to land in my mailbox.

The figures themselves are gorgeous but very fragile as they are resin - they'll be much more at home in the safety of a display case than on the tabletop.

Cheers for that. Hmm the fragility would be a problem with no way of replacing fragile bits.
