Figure ID please

Going through my Old West collection I find myself unable to recall where I bought this set.   ::)

I thought they were Knuckleduster, but all my other Gunfighter's Ball are in clamshell blisters and have tabs.

This set are in a zip lock bag with integral (very thin, square) bases.  Anyone know what they are and from which manufacturer?
